When I went through a major life transition, I learned firsthand how quickly financial stability can shift. I had built a great life — family, home, and career — but after years of focusing on raising my sons and supporting my husband’s work, divorce left me starting over financially.
My monthly expenses were outpacing my income, and I needed to make smart, fast decisions. Selling my home became my lifeline. It gave me the breathing room and freedom to rebuild my future on my own terms.
That experience changed everything for me.
